Starski Law

Case: United States v. Johnson

Case Summary:

Our defense team represented a client charged with multiple counts of wire fraud. Through thorough pre-trial motions and discovery, we uncovered significant constitutional violations, including unlawful searches and failure to advise Miranda rights. By filing aggressive motions to suppress key evidence, we successfully persuaded the U.S. District Court to dismiss the case entirely. This result not only cleared our client’s name but also reaffirmed Starski Law’s dedication to defending civil liberties in high-stakes federal cases.
